Studio

When you would rather hand it over.

Most people run Henway themselves. Studio is for the cases where that is not the right shape.

The in-app handover: Want us to take it from here, with a ballpark from your brief

Three situations where this is the answer.

Contractual

Self-serve tools are off the table

The agreement rules out click-through tools nobody can negotiate with. It allows a vendor who signs your paperwork. That is Studio: subprocessors disclosed, and the app it delivers runs on the device, no outside services.

Scope

Further than a first build

The thing you want is past what the app honestly builds, and you would rather it were handled end to end.

The room

You want us in it

A workshop or a board where having the builder present is worth more than the software.

One example

A searcher, a forty-page memo, and one afternoon.

The situation

A search-fund operator finds a business and the broker sends the CIM, a forty-page confidential information memorandum. Then the real work starts: keying the numbers into a spreadsheet, chasing the EBITDA adjustments, checking whether the deal still pencils. Without a finance background, that was a few hours per deal.

What Studio did

Watched him do it by hand for two hours. Then built the narrow core in a two-week sprint: paste the financials, adjust any assumption, see the debt coverage turn green, yellow or red, and draft the letter of intent from the same screen.

What he walked out holding

A working deal workspace, tuned on his own past deals against the bank templates he already uses. It keeps its data on his device. The numbers are deterministic on purpose: you can see every input, so you can trust every output.

The honest part

This was a guided first look with a fix list, not a year of use. The hours saved are his estimate, in his words. We keep it that way.

In his words

“I think what you've delivered, like you already said, that saves hours already right there.”

Michael Cole, Magnolia Company. Said while walking through the finished workspace on his own past deals.

The deal workspace: financial snapshot with adjusted EBITDA, purchase price range, equity required and a green 1.67 DSCR badge, above the major adjustment flags
The honest part

Deliberately small.

This is hands-on work, so we take a few at a time rather than pretending it scales. Say what your situation is and we will tell you honestly whether Studio is the answer or whether the Consultant plan already covers it.
