Trust

Your client's work never comes to us.

The worry about AI tools is usually about what you have to hand over. Henway is built so there is nothing to hand over.

There is nothing to upload.

Henway does not read your documents, because it never asks for them. Discovery is a person describing their own work in plain words. No brand book, no deal file, no contract, no client deck.

What it asks for

Sentences, not files

Tap the problem that sounds like your week, answer three short questions, say what the thing should be. That is the whole input.

The one exception

A screenshot, read then discarded

The companion lets you show it what another tool said. We keep a short note of what was in it, never the picture, and the screen tells you to check for keys first.

Where the data lives

The apps keep their data on your device.

An app Henway builds stores what you put into it in your own browser, not on our servers. Download it as a single file and it runs offline. If it holds client names or case notes, those live on your machine.

What we do, and do not do, with what you type.

Training

Never, on either side

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not provide it to our AI providers for training. Anthropic, whose API generates your brief, states it does not train on data submitted through its commercial API.

Isolation

One session never touches another

We never expose or sell your idea, brief or session content, and we never let one person's idea influence another person's output.

Retention

Scrubbed after 180 days

Discovery transcripts are scrubbed 180 days after last activity, and so is every built app: the app itself keeps working at its link, but anything typed into it is cleared. This happens on every plan, paid included. Ask for erasure before that and we run it.

The brief your client receives, under your brand: no Henway anywhere

If you run this for clients, you stay the one they trust.

On Consultant and Agency plans the work runs under your brand, on your domain. Your client is in a room with you, under the agreement you already have. They never sign up for anything of ours.

That is not a branding feature. It is the reason a firm with a strict client agreement can use this at all.

How consultants run it

What the brief flags before you build.

Every brief names the regimes that apply to what you described, and says which parts another tool takes further rather than pretending it can do them.

Subprocessors

Anthropic for generation, Stripe for payments, Railway for hosting, Vercel for the frontend, Resend for email, PostHog for analytics. Named here because a client security review will ask, and a data processing agreement has to list them.
